Fulfillment timing:
Orders submitted before 2PM Eastern Time (US) Monday through Friday (except US Holidays) generally ship the same day. Orders submitted on Saturday, Sunday, US holidays, and after 2PM Eastern Time (US) Monday through Friday generally ship the next business day, regardless of shipping method selected.*

For example, if you place an order Tuesday at 10am EST and select Overnight, it will normally be packaged and shipped that same day and arrive Wednesday. If, however, you place the order at 4 pm ET on Tuesday, it will normally ship out on Wednesday for overnight delivery on Thursday.

* On rare occasions, fulfillment and shipping may be delayed due to unusually busy times, such as during sales or on product release days.

Shipping Delays:
Please note that the carriers do their best to deliver packages quickly and efficiently, but some delays may occur. Expedited shipping fees will not be refunded for late deliveries unless we fail to ship the order on time.

 

Domestic Shipping (US)

Free US shipping for orders over $99.99:
Orders shipped via the Free Shipping option to destinations in the contiguous US generally take from 2 to 10 business days after shipping. Shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii may take an additional 2 weeks. Free Shipping packages are typically delivered Monday through Saturday.

Standard Shipping:
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping can be expected to arrive 1 - 6 business days following shipping.  Standard Shipping packages may be delivered Monday through Saturday.

Second Day Air:
Orders shipped via Second Day Air can be expected to arrive by 8 pm on the second business day following shipping. Second Day Air packages are delivered Monday through Friday only. 

Next Day Air:
Orders shipped via Next Day Air can be expected to arrive by 8 pm on the business day following shipping. Next Day Air packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.

 

International Shipping (United Kingdom only)
VAT is included in the total price of your order, and your order will ship with duties and taxes included.

International Shipping (outside the US, not including UK)
Import Fees:
Customary import fees, including VAT, brokerage fees, and duties (if applicable) are not included in the cost of shipping and will be collected from the customer by the carrier (DHL or FedEx) at or near the time of delivery.

International Delivery Times:
International delivery times vary widely.  Among other factors, these depend on distance to the destination; how long it takes the package to be cleared and released by Customs in the destination country; and on local delivery challenges, procedures, and restrictions. However, delivery generally occurs within 2 to 10 business days after shipping. To avoid delivery delays, please be prepared to pay your import fees directly to the carrier.

DHL Express:
DHL Express international packages generally arrive in 2 to 6 business days. The shipping fee does not include Import Fees. See above.

FedEx International Economy:
FedEx International Economy packages usually arrive in 2 to 10 business days. The shipping fee does not include Import Fees. See above.

FedEx International Priority:
FedEx International Priority packages typically arrive in 2 to 6 business days. The shipping fee does not include Import Fees. See above.

 

Please Note - Regardless of which shipping method is selected:
- US Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not counted when calculating shipping or delivery days

- Orders submitted on the weekends, US Holidays, and after 2pm Eastern Time on business days will not ship until the next business day

- No specific delivery date is guaranteed when inclement weather or other "Acts of God" (circumstances beyond anyone's control) prevent safe or timely transportation or delivery by carrier or postal employees. In these rare instances, shipping fees are non-refundable.
