US Orders 
You can return items purchased directly from Twelvesouth.com within 30 days of purchase. We’ll provide your return label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Please note that shipping fees from your original order are not refundable. Click here to start your return.

Orders Outside the US
The same 30-day policy applies, but you’ll be responsible for shipping logistics. Prepaid labels may not be available for international orders, and you’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping and any related fees. Please contact support for assistance with your return.

Authorized Resellers
If you bought your item from an authorized reseller, returns must be processed through the reseller according to their return policy.

US Orders
Our products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects.
If your product is within the 30 day return window, you can simply submit a request for an exchange. If it is outside the return window, but within one year of purchase, you may be required to return the defective product with a prepaid label at no cost to you. Orders Outside the US
The same one-year manufacturer's warranty applies. You may be required to return the defective product and if so, a prepaid return label will be provided at no cost to you. Click here to start your warranty claim.

Authorized Resellers
If your product was purchased from an authorized reseller and is within their return window, you must return the defective product to them according to their return policy. If it is outside of their return window but still within one year of purchase, our warranty policy covers your product and you may start your claim here. 

Holiday Return Policy

The 30-day return and exchange policy will be extended for the holidays. Orders submitted November 14th through December 14th will have until January 14th to request a Return Authorization. Please note that these returns must reach our warehouse by January 31st to receive a refund.
